United States Capitol Subway System
This fairly unknown DC feature is a subway system of the United States Capitol that consists of three underground electric people mover systems that connect the United States Capitol to the House and Senate office buildings. Heres the latest update regarding the snow last night! DC got about 5 (varying depending on location) inches of wet, heavy snow. It took people HOURS to get home last night, I feel really bad for anyone who works in DC and lives in VA/MD or works in VA/MD and lives in DC….it took people 8 hours to get 10 miles on I-95 last night.
